About Us

Eighteen years of building infrastructure that lasts generations.

Northern Pathways was founded in 2008 with a simple belief: heavy civil work is best performed by people who have skin in the game. Nearly two decades later, that principle still drives how we hire, equip and deliver every project — from rural arterials to billion- dollar interchange programs.

Our Mission

To deliver the highways, bridges and utilities Canadians rely on — safely, predictably, and with uncompromising quality. We exist to make the country work better, one project at a time.

Our Approach

We self-perform the critical path. Owning our fleet and employing our crews directly means fewer hand-offs, tighter schedules, and accountability that doesn't get subcontracted away.

What we stand for

Zero-harm culture, with industry-leading TRIF performance across every site.
